At Connect Products, we continue to do everything possible to maintain the delivery reliability and product quality you are accustomed to. Thanks to timely measures, we have managed to limit the impact as much as possible so far.
However, due to the ongoing increase in costs, we are required to introduce a temporary order surcharge of 8% effective from June 1, 2026.
These adjustments apply to all deliveries from June 1, 2026 onwards, including existing orders, forecast orders and call-off orders with a delivery date after May 31, 2026.
We continue to actively monitor the situation. The temporary surcharge will be evaluated monthly and adjusted when market conditions change. Any changes will be communicated at least 10 working days in advance.
